Senior mobile software (iOS & Android) engineer

Zenvoy (Los Angeles, USA) supplies professionals, companies, organizations and events with the toolkit to create and manage fully customizable 1-on-1 networking communities.

My duties as senior mobile (iOS & Android) software engineer were:

1. Maintain of developed earlier apps for iOS and Android: new features adding, updating apps with new requirements of web services and third party components.
2. Lead on new mobile app development (full cycle: from design to deployment at store):
• reviewing project requirements and creating project specifications
• compiling Functional Requirement documents
• compiling documents with test cases for each project
• conducting the test cases on each supported device to find issues
• documenting the issues to provide changes in the project and/or providing them to developers of third party components to fix them.
3. Integration of apps with webAPI.
4. Interacting with outsource developers about third party components development (BLE hardware and software SDK): creating specification, testing, integration into mobile application.
5. Creating text and video manuals about application use.
6. Publishing apps at stores. Beta testing and release management.
7. Updating apps according to new requirements of iOS and Android operating system.
8. Prototyping for new applications.
9. Managing a small team: QA, graphical designer and 3 web developers.
