Software engineer for enterprise ERP solutions, team lead

DPG (DataProgGroup, located in Kyiv, Ukraine) is a service company which provides services in IT and marketing.

While I have been working my duties were: maintenance and adaptation of applications for ERP system "1C": accounting, finances, production capacity, raw materials, orders, purchase orders, CRM , payroll, and etc.

I have to note I was involved in commissioning processes management: training users to work with applications, creating requirements regarding companies processes, reengineering of business processes to make them more efficient.

I have developed and improved a lot of custom analytics modules for these subsystems of 1C software: electronic document exchange system, CRM, production planning and sales, sales analysis, business process optimization. Often had to work with tasks on the interaction of distributed databases, operational consolidation and migration of data between different systems of accounting and databases.

I have passed certification exams in the accounting subsystem of "1C".

In the mentioned period Internet solutions were fast growing. Also I was involved in the creation of web applications with PHP, Javascript (jQuery), MySQL. I would say complex e-commerce solutions included integration with the accounting system of the company.
